Weekly, November 18, 2025 – December 23, 2025, 1 pm - 4:30 pm
“Authentic leadership is not about holding power; it’s about sharing it. When we lead with equity and intention, we don’t just change outcomes, we transform systems. Step into your power. Learn to lead change, not just manage it.” - Dr. Gerardo Gauthier-Zayas

The Systemic Equity Infrastructure Master Class equips participants with practical frameworks, historical context, and the strategic skills to redesign policies, practices, and power structures for lasting impact. This master class matters because it moves participants beyond performative gestures toward tangible, systemic transformation, building organizations that don’t just talk about equity but live it in their operations, culture, and leadership.
