    • Analyze how policies, procedures, and resource flows reinforce or dismantle inequity. Conduct an equity audit using toolkit templates.

    Equitable Infrastructure Design

    • Introduce frameworks for policy redesign, inclusive decision-making, and equitable systems mapping. Begin drafting organizational roadmap.

    Culture, Leadership, and Accountability

    • Examine the relationship between culture and infrastructure; develop accountability mechanisms and equity-centered leadership practices.

    Implementation Planning & Change Management

    • Apply implementation science and equity frameworks to create sustainable organizational systems.

    From Vision to Practice: The Systemic Equity Roadmap

    • Present roadmap drafts, receive peer feedback, and finalize measurable action plans for institutional transformation.

  • 20 hour, instructor-led program

  • Includes six interactive modules blending history, theory, and real-world practice
